Fernando Ramirez
Fernando is a seasoned construction project manager with a strong background in leading successful projects from conception to completion. A proud graduate of the University of Houston, Fernando brings a solid educational foundation to One Oak, where he oversees complex construction projects with expertise and precision. With a keen eye for detail and a talent for team leadership, Fernando excels in delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations. His dedication, work ethic, and industry knowledge make him a valuable asset to the team.
Will Serrano
Originally from Hempstead, Long Island, Wilfredo has lived in Houston since 2006 and has worked in the landscape industry since 2011. He graduated from the University of Houston with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management. As a Construction Project Manager, Wilfredo schedules upcoming projects, procures materials, and communicates with our Designers throughout each job. Wilfredo enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and going to local breweries in his free time.
